Odin

One of the titles of this work is The Road of Whales – in Norse epics, this was what Viking raids for plunder were called. The sail of the ship bears the visage of Odin, the god worshipped by the warriors of the northern lands as they ventured into the unknown, into fog and storms – children of stone and sea, children of the one-eyed god.
